TS Staging and Design specializes in using what you already have to transform your home into what a buyer is looking for (home staging), or a space that perfectly reflects your family’s style, needs and comfort (redesign).

Color Consultation

CONSULTATION AND DETAILED COLOR REPORT

In this color consultation, we bring our Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams color swatches directly to your home.   We work with you to understand the colors you love, the colors you want to stay away from and the mood you would like to set throughout our home.   We will educate you on how lightening impacts color and make recommendations based on our conversation. 


(Flat fee of $200 for homes under 2000 sq. ft.;  homes over 2000 sq. ft. - $300+ )

Occupied and Vacant Home Staging

$300 - CONSULTATION AND DETAILED STAGING REPORT

In this intensive and fun three-hour consultation, we will be using a detailed Staging Report/Checklist to write down everything that needs to be done to get the home the best price possible!

  • We start with a phone interview, so we can research your buyer demographic and prepare for our Consultation time
  • Using a photo-filled, detailed staging checklist we walk through the home and discuss optimal, BIG return-on-investment, staging strategies that are designed to have big, emotional impact on your buyers
  • We will research and propose additional items (if needed) to compliment your existing décor.  

$450 - POWER STAGING - 4 HOURS

This staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves and physically staging the main areas of the home based upon the Staging Report recommendations.

  • We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!
  • We will bring in gorgeous staging accessories in order to give you a visual shopping list and get higher impact photos
  • We will work for up to 4 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(Up to four hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)

$900 - ULTIMATE POWER STAGING - ONE-DAY

Do you have a larger home (over 2000 square feet) that could use more than a few hours of work?  No problem!

  • We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!
  • We  will bring in gorgeous staging accessories in order to give you a visual shopping list and get higher impact photos
  • We will work for up to 8 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving


SHOPPING SERVICES AND TRADE DISCOUNTS

Remember that we are EXPERT SHOPPERS who can save you tons of time and money because we know WHERE and WHAT to shop for, as well as get a "to the trade" discount at many places!

$100 Initial Home Assessment Fee*

Home's that are empty are in special need of staging and here is where we shine!  We provide options that other staging companies do not...

  • Starting with a home assessment, we deliver a proposal that provides a Good, Better, Best option to fit every budget
  • We use top quality furnishings in order to achieve that model home look that guarantees a buyer will "fall in love"

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
*$100 initial home assessment fee is credited back to your total vacant service when you choose to work with us.

Interior Redesign

$300 - CONSULTATION AND DETAILED REDESIGN REPORT

In this intensive and fun three-hour consultation, we will use a detailed Redesign Report to capture your vision, your ideas and your overall expectation for your newly redesigned space!   We will provide you with our redesign expertise factoring in your design aesthetic, and budget, to create something beautiful, yet cozy, for you and your entire family!


  • We start with a phone interview to learn about your upcoming project and timeline
  • We let you guide us through your home and describe your vision for the project as we document the details in a report
  • We recommend solutions based on our discussion and additional items (if needed) to compliment your existing décor.  
  • The detailed report includes a full recap of our discussion and recommendations on how to accentuate your home so you can love it again!  The report will also include next steps.  And remember...we are expert shoppers and provide those services as well!!!

Future Fees will be determined once the scope of project is identified

Holiday Decorating and Design

$100 Initial Holiday Assessment Fee*

Do you love the look and feel of the holidays but don't have the time to make it happen?  We will meet with you to capture the magic of the holidays for your home, office and/or holiday party!

  • Starting with the holiday assessment, we will discuss your vision, your budget and provide you with a detailed proposal.
  • We will assess your current holiday inventory and see if additional items are needed to fulfill your holiday vision.
  • A complete shopping/inventory list will be provided and if needed, we will do the shopping for you!
  • We will bring holiday cheer, comfort and coziness into any space in your home or office!

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
*$100 initial holiday assessment fee is credited back to your holiday decorating service when you choose to work with us.

Organization

$100 Initial Organization Assessment Fee*

Are you overwhelmed with overflowing closets, children's toys, pantries, utility closets?  Do you have limited time to deal with such a project?  Well we have a solution for you!

  • Starting with the organization assessment, we will discuss what areas in your home need organization. 
  • We will provide you with a detailed proposal that will map out how we will create efficiency and structure in your home.

Airbnb Design and Redesign

$300 CONSULTATION AND DETAILED PROPOSAL

Do you have a piece of property that you could turn into an Airbnb?  Let us help you turn an occupied or vacant space into a unique vacation getaway for those Maine lovers!

  • The consultation consists of us touring the property and discuss the demographic that you would like to attract
  • We will provide you with a detailed proposal that will map out how we will create efficiency, structure and beauty to your Airbnb

($100 hourly rate if you choose to work with us)
