Theresa Bouchard, Owner, TS Staging and Design

Theresa Bouchard

Owner & Co-Founder

After a successful 30+ year career in the corporate world, Theresa Bouchard made the bold decision to pursue her true passion for interior design full-time. For 20 years, she thrived as a Senior Program Manager in a leading medical device company, but it was her love for design and creativity that ultimately drove her to transition into the staging and interior redesign business.

Theresa has a remarkable talent for transforming spaces with the perfect blend of color, textures, and styles, all while enhancing the home’s aesthetic appeal. Her business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, and creative vision have seamlessly transitioned into her new career, where she can fully focus on her passion and bring her clients’ dreams to life.

Now, as a full-time business owner, staging and design professional, Theresa is dedicated to helping sellers maximize their property’s value through expert staging, while also redesigning spaces to reflect clients’ unique personalities and lifestyles. With an eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results, Theresa is excited to create inspiring, beautiful environments that truly make a house feel like home.

Stephanie Eklund, TS Staging and Design

Stephanie Shue

Co-Founder & Designer

With over 19 years of experience in the non-profit sector, Stephanie Shue has passionately advocated for victims of domestic violence and worked tirelessly to find homes for Maine’s foster children. While continuing her important work in the foster care system, Stephanie also pursues her love for design as designer and co-owner of TS Staging & Design.

A lifelong passion for decorating has led Stephanie to become an expert in transforming spaces. Whether rearranging furniture, shopping for new décor, or offering creative design advice, she has always had a knack for turning houses into homes. At TS Staging & Design, she is excited to combine her talent for design with her dedication to helping others, offering clients personalized staging and redesign services that create spaces they truly love. Balancing her roles in both the foster care system and the design world, Stephanie is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives, one home at a time.

Amber Bouchard

Staging & Design Consultant

Amber Bouchard’s career journey began in early childhood education, where she earned her associate’s degree in child development and spent several fulfilling years working in the field. After deciding to dedicate her time to raising and homeschooling her two wonderful boys, Amber, alongside her husband Brad, purchased and renovated two properties. It was through this hands-on experience of building their dream home that Amber discovered her true passion for interior decorating.

Amber joined TS Staging & Design in 2021, and her extensive personal experience with home renovations—along with the hands-on knowledge she gained from building a home from the ground up—has given her valuable insight into the staging industry. As both a designer and stager, Amber is committed to using her skills and expertise to create stunning spaces, all while continuing to grow and expand her craft.
