Pricing
Consultations & Staging Reports
The pricing for a Walk-N-Talk Consultation or a Detailed Staging Report is as follows:
- $300 for homes up to 2,500 square feet
- $450 for homes over 2,500 square feet
Please Note: Homes with excessive clutter or a high volume of personal items may require additional fees due to extended assessment time.
Occupied Home Staging
$150 per hour, with two professional designers working to elevate your home’s presentation.

Vacant Home Staging
